Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.
• Coincides the investigation of property discrepancies and leads the development of technical root-cause analyses for asset loss.
• Maintains property performance against established benchmarks and validates the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.
• Conducts specialized property reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater mission partners.
• Validates the technical accuracy of property reports and leads field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.
• Provides technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and Command-mandated standards within the Indo-Pacific AOR.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of position relevant experience.
• Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root-cause analysis for property discrepancies.

Qualifications

• NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
• Experience with DoD technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.
