What You'll Bring

  • 5 - 10 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Must possess a valid real estate license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with high degree of professionalism.
  • Previous exposure with institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.
  • Industry specific certification such as CPM and/or RPA preferred.
  • Understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short and long-term strategies.
  • Demonstrate accountability with budget and capital expense.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong client relationships.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in managing financial reporting.
  • Highest level of professionalism in managing important relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Innovative ideas to continually add value.
  • Consulting with new and existing clients and finding creative solutions to strategically position assets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the property owner, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Mentoring and managing your team to reach overall organizational goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic relations with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Expanding the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospective clients.
  • Managing your day effectively and anticipating challenges to respond accordingly.
  • Maintaining existing clients while continually expanding the business base through regular contact with key clients.
