Senior Property Manager
This position is an onsite role based out of our San Diego, CA office.

Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop the property management staff in the market consistently, ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the property owner, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Educate and mentor your team to reach overall organizational goals.
- Expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospective clients.
- Anticipate challenges and respond accordingly to effectively manage your day.
- Maintain existing clients while continually expanding the business base through regular contact with key clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing retail commercial real estate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with high degree of professionalism and experience managing staff.
- Strong experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
- Previous exposure with institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.
- California Real Estate License Required.
Qualifications
- Industry specific certification such as CPM and/or RPA preferred.
- Understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short and long-term strategies.
- Demonstrate accountability with budget and capital expense.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
