About the role

Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports on time and accurately.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accounting records and ensure their integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in property accounting.
  • CPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Experience with property management software is a plus.
