About the role
Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports on time and accurately.
- Oversee the maintenance of accounting records and ensure their integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in property accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
