Responsibilities
- Selecting field site personnel
- Making decisions about construction methods and schedules for high-rise residential projects
- Monitoring job costs and productivity
- Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment on-site
- Developing, monitoring, and executing project construction plans and schedules
- Supervising, training, and mentoring field personnel
- Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs
- Organizing and coordinating subcontractor activities
- Ensuring projects are built according to contract documents
- Collaborating with owners to ensure compliance with contract specifications
- Participating in the development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer skills (may be required depending on specific roles)
