The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Company: Wharton-Smith, Inc. - Position: Senior Project Superintendent - Location: Charlotte, NC - General Description: Overview of the role - Responsibilities: Multiple subsections (Leadership & Operational Oversight, Project Oversight & Construction Management, Safety Leadership, Workforce Development, Production Planning & Operational Support, Financial Acumen) - Qualifications: Detailed list of requirements There's no explicit Pay, Benefits, or Schedule sections with specific details. The posting mentions "full-time, exempt schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility for additional hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on project requirements" and "Willingness to travel occasionally" - this could go under Schedule or Qualifications. The EEO and Recruiter Policy sections are boilerplate to remove. I'll structure the HTML with: - A brief intro paragraph with company and location - About the role section (from General Description) - Responsibilities section with subsections as nested lists or separate lists - Qualifications section (from Qualifications) Since there are many responsibility subsections, I'll group them under Responsibilities with subheadings as

    or just use
with grouped items. The rules say use

for section headings, but for subsections within Responsibilities, I could use

or just keep as list items with bold text. However, the rules only mention

      for section headings. I'll use

for main sections and for subsections within Responsibilities, I'll use within list items or separate
groups. Better to keep it simple: main sections with

, and within Responsibilities, use nested
with the subsection titles as list items with or just separate
for each subsection. Let me draft:
