Summary

The Senior Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for all areas on large projects including prime contracts. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.

The Senior Project Superintendent will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project Superintendent experience
  • Line & Grade experience
  • Foreman experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
  • May require appropriate Craft Certifications

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Variable hours based on project needs
