Senior Project Scheduler
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to collect and analyze information to update the project schedule for a large capital project.
About the role
This position involves coordinating and monitoring all changes to the SHINE project schedule, as well as understanding the impact of those changes on a complex, multidisciplinary, construction and equipment installation project. The base salary range is $115,000 - $135,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all updates of the SHINE project schedules
- Execute weekly project-wide administrative schedule tasks
- Make recommendations on schedule best practices
- Lead cross-functional planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs
- Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and project leaders
- Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the project timelines
- Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects
- May include other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in scientific, construction, or business field
- 4+ years of prior project or construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to accurately communicate, investigate, and identify solutions in a collaborative, team environment
- Able to effectively coordinate multiple, complex requests
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong work ethic; genuine passion for excellence
- Experience with non-routine projects highly preferred
Additional Information
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting, and criminal background check.
Pay
$115,000 - $135,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package.
