Overview Senior Project Scheduler LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA (Bedford, MA) Salary Range: $120-130,000.00 JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret TRAVEL: Limited, as needed Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Scheduler for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate (EPASS HN II) contract, supporting the C3I & Infrastructure Division. Required Qualifications / Skills Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field Years of Experience: Ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD. Two additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for the Master’s degree. A total of 15 years of directly related experience (8 DoD) may substitute for the Bachelor's degree. Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project Responsibilities Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at the portfolio, program, or project level. Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the program office Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.) Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
