Responsibilities
- Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:
- Serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract execution, mission continuity, and daily operations.
- Manage staffing, workload prioritization, task assignment, and performance tracking for all contract personnel.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Oversee all DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification activities and ensure program deliverables meet compliance and quality standards.
- Direct enterprise network and cybersecurity operations, ensuring consistent adherence to established SLAs and DoD policies.
- Support process improvement and standardization efforts across project management and operational functions.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership and technical staff to maintain mission readiness and ensure successful contract performance.
- Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and documentation to government stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Top Secret eligibility preferred).
- A current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in IT program management and enterprise operations leadership supporting a Network Operations and Security Center.
- A strong understanding of DoD acquisition and CHESS purchasing procedures, MPLS, DISA circuit management, and enterprise hardware/software integration.
Qualifications
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent management certification (Six Sigma, ITIL preferred).
- Proven success in acquiring DIACAP Authorization to Operate (ATO) as part of a certification and accreditation team.
- Completion of formal management training or courses (PMI, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.).
- Prior management experience supporting USARPAC and/or USARC environments.
