Responsibilities
- Lead PeopleSoft PUM and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration projects
- Manage $5M+ enterprise-level PeopleSoft initiatives
- Oversee PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, and Change Assistant
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Manage vendor relationships, particularly with Oracle Consulting and major system integrators
- Implement risk, budget, resource, governance, and change management processes
- Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT/ERP Project Management experience (non-negotiable)
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience
- Multiple completed PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrade projects
- Hands-on leadership of PeopleSoft OCI migrations
- Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, ELM, Pensions, or similar modules
- Experience with Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Integration Broker
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise projects ($5M+ budget)
- Strong executive stakeholder and steering committee engagement
- Experience with risk, budget, resource, governance, and change management
- Agile/Hybrid delivery experience
- One prior state government project (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- OCI Certification
- Agile/Scrum Certification
- Experience in public-sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise environments
- Cloud security, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability expertise
- Procurement, contract, and vendor governance experience
