Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through warranty closeout
- Oversee requisitions, change orders, and budget performance across the project lifecycle
- Lead scheduling and coordinate trade sequencing across concurrent scopes in an occupied environment
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenant coordination, NYCHA documentation, punchlists, and progress reporting
- Review and approve RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; lead procurement coordination
- Cookinate directly with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and City agencies to maintain project momentum
Requirements
- 10+ years in NYC affordable housing construction, with direct NYCHA, HPD, or HDC funded project experience required
- Demonstrated experience delivering occupied rehabilitation programmes over 100M
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and NYC DOB systems
- OSHA 30 or equivalent site safety certification
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment
