Senior Project Manager - Occupied Rehab (NYCHA)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through warranty closeout
• Oversee requisitions, change orders, and budget performance across the project lifecycle
• Lead scheduling and coordinate trade sequencing across concurrent scopes in an occupied environment
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenant coordination, NYCHA documentation, punchlists, and progress reporting
• Review and approve RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; lead procurement coordination
• Cookinate directly with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and City agencies to maintain project momentum

Requirements

• 10+ years in NYC affordable housing construction, with direct NYCHA, HPD, or HDC funded project experience required
• Demonstrated experience delivering occupied rehabilitation programmes over 100M
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and NYC DOB systems
• OSHA 30 or equivalent site safety certification
• Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment
