Senior Project Manager - Restoration/Construction
About the role
A Senior Project Manager is at the heart of every project's success, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will guide your team with expertise in construction standards, quality control, and Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. Your role involves managing daily operations, overseeing documentation, and maintaining clear, proactive communication to keep projects on track and within budget. Financial insight is key as you monitor margins, progress, and costs, fostering transparency and trust with leadership, partners, and stakeholders. When challenges arise, your problem-solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills ensure smooth progress even under high-stakes conditions.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will own project compliance audits, schedules, permitting processes, and subcontractor coordination. You will empower your team through coaching, cross-training, and development opportunities, inspiring excellence and strengthening client and colleague relationships. Your leadership ensures projects are executed with precision, professionalism, and pride.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
- Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
- Support crisis management and on-call responses
- Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent
- Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
- Completion of safety courses as required for the position
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Valid driver’s license
