The Senior Manager, Project Management oversees internal projects within the Supplemental Health business, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The focus is on structured execution, delivering high-quality outputs, and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready materials for leadership forums
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple workstreams using formal project management processes
• Develop reports
• Manage risks
• Advise leadership on project priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the health insurance industry
• Knowledge of Medical Benefits

Qualifications

• PMP certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting senior executives (preferred)
