Job Summary The Energy Operational Excellence team is seeking a strategic, hands-on contractor to support cross-functional initiatives. This person will bring structure to complex work, help translate priorities into actionable plans, and independently drive execution. This is not a traditional administrative project coordinator role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with senior leaders, creating executive-ready presentations, managing stakeholders and deliverables, and taking initiative to move work forward with limited day-to-day direction. Project-management certification is not required. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risks, decisions and status updates.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; facilitate meetings and drive follow-up on commitments.Identify risks, dependencies and barriers; recommend solutions and escalate when appropriate.Create concise, executive-ready presentations, meeting materials and communications.Support leadership discussions by synthesizing information, clarifying decisions and tracking actions.Establish practical governance, reporting and work-management tools that improve transparency and accountability.Independently manage assigned deliverables from planning through completion. Required Skills Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives or operational-improvement work.Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn ambiguous objectives into practical plans and deliverables.Experience interacting effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.Strong PowerPoint, written communication and presentation-development skills.Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver results with limited oversight.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Preferred Skills Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, strategy or change management.Experience in the energy industry or another complex, operational environment.Familiarity with project-management tools and practices, such as workplans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps and decision logs.PMP, Agile, Scrum or similar certification is a plus, but not required.
