Onshore - Project Manager (Non-IT): Senior

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects. This role will focus on coordinating the rollout of a new invoicing solution across various vendors and business functions. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule while managing stakeholder communication and risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate implementation activities for a new invoicing solution across multiple vendors and departments.
• Provide proactive project updates, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify obstacles and recommend practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support process change initiatives and vendor transitions from existing workflows to new processes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, project documentation, and status updates.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, dependencies, and areas of risk.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience leading implementation or process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience providing proactive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
• Experience transitioning vendors or business partners from established processes to new workflows.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting finance, invoicing, procurement, vendor management, or operational process initiatives.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with change management and process adoption efforts.
