Senior Project Manager - Municipal

About the role

We’re excited to announce that Bolton & Menk is growing — and we’re expanding our team in the Milwaukee area! We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, PE to join our Municipal team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
• Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations
• Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
• Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reports
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members
• Aid with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure preferred
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Possess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required
