Senior Project Manager- Multiuse Facility Construction
This role provides consulting services for a multi-use facility client account to help achieve strategic business objectives. The position is part of the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up construction, MEP infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. Regional travel up to 50%, predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone, may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the qualification process.
- Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Facilitate the development of a project charter and integrated timeline.
- Ensure all project functions remain on schedule, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
- Collaborate to develop and implement solutions, guiding the project team through completion.
- Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving individual and department objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management and related disciplines, coaching others to develop in-depth knowledge.

- Anticipate potential objections and persuade stakeholders, including senior leaders, to adopt new perspectives.

Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platforms.
- Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative approaches for broad business impact.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
