About the role

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential projects in their downtown office. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in ground-up, adaptive reuse, and large commercial renovation construction.

Responsibilities

  • Support preconstruction efforts: Assist in budgets and estimates, provide value design suggestions, solicit bids, coordinate permits, and prepare subcontractor risk mitigation management.
  • Manage project goals and projections, develop schedules, and oversee project execution and completion.
  • Monitor productivity and profitability, manage communication, resolve conflicts, and build client relationships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, owners, architects, developers, and subcontractors.
  • Recruit and train project teams, advise on project tasks, and assist in recruitment efforts.

Requirements

Essential requirements include a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, 10+ years of experience, and an understanding of the business side of construction. Experience in multifamily construction or similar markets is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • OSHA 30 Hour certification and LEED GA accreditation are a plus.

Skills

  • Knowledge of the construction process, including architectural design and blueprinting.
  • Ability to use cutting-edge technology and processes.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Pay

Target base salary range: $125-150k. Annual discretionary bonus and vehicle allowance are available.
