Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Administer contracts and project delivery methods
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Conduct client meetings and maintain client relationships
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Manage change orders and cost control procedures
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
• Travel to project sites as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Valid driver's license
