Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Administer contracts and project delivery methods
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct client meetings and maintain client relationships
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Manage change orders and cost control procedures
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
- Travel to project sites as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Valid driver's license
