Senior Project Manager (Merger & Acquisition) - Remote

What You Will Do

• Manage project timelines and cross-project dependencies to ensure acceptable delivery by the Client and all stakeholders
• Makes sure project financials, scope, and schedule stay aligned with all Client specifications
• Generates, validates, and distributes timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reports
• Delivers and executes a deadline-driven plan
• Manages assets data and customer conversion projects ensuring assets interdependencies and integrated within the project
• Implements an MBM Conversion Runbook
• May indirectly manage cross-LOB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources
• Manages, escalates as needed, risks and issues throughout the program
• Creates and implements a change management plan
• Manages day-to-day client interaction, sets and manages client expectations, develops lasting relationships with Client, their personnel and other program stakeholders
• May manage several projects at any given time
• Manages hardware, software and staff augmentation vendors and associated SOWs
• Manages Clarity project administration

Skills And Experience You Will Need

• A minimum of 10 years program and project management experience
• Experience with Conversion and M&A Projects within the finance industry
• Intermediate level of proficiency or above with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite to include, MS Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Capable of independent action aligned with goals and objectives
• Must be capable of verbally engaging with world class clientele and, when challenged, supporting and defending industry best practices with minimal / no preparation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
