Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (budgets, schedules, and quality)
- Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating support, value engineering, and logistics planning
- Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers

Pay
$120,000 - $160,000 per year
