We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to provide experienced leadership across a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. This individual will play a key role in driving project success, mentoring teams, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level oversight for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project teams and ensure successful execution of schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive project strategy, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mentor and support project management staff while helping establish scalable processes as the company continues to grow.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support business objectives and long-term organizational growth.
  • Oversee projects throughout Massachusetts and, on occasion, Connecticut.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of project types including multifamily, commercial, assisted living, education, renovations, and ground-up construction projects.
  • Manage projects ranging in size up to approximately $60M.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading projects from inception through completion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Track record of successfully managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multifamily construction experience.
  • Experience working across a diverse portfolio of project types.
  • Background with both ground-up construction and renovation projects.
  • Experience helping grow teams, processes, and operations within an expanding organization.
