Responsibilities

• Oversee high-end luxury residential projects from initiation to close
• Hire and manage subcontractors and vendors
• Track inventory of equipment and materials
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits
• Apply project management methodologies to meet deadlines and stay within budget
• Collaborate with teams and maintain high organizational and detail-oriented standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with high-end residential construction
• Technical literacy and strong organizational skills
• Motivated team player with a detail-oriented approach

Pay

$100,000 - $160,000 per year
