Job Details

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential construction projects while ensuring exceptional quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction throughout every phase of construction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Cookordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout each project.
  • Lead client meetings and provide consistent communication regarding project status, schedule, and budget.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to identify potential issues before construction begins.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and supplier relationships.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience within luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building systems, and finish quality expectations.
  • Experience working directly with luxury homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and cost management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, permitting, and project documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between project sites.
