We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end corporate interior and life sciences construction projects throughout Greater Boston. This role will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and key stakeholders. DescriptionManage multiple interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $20M from inception through completion.Direct all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout each project.Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.Collaborate closely with field operations, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and ownership teams.Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and drive overall project profitability.Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule, cost, and quality objectives.Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.Support preconstruction and business development efforts by providing strategic input and client-facing leadership.Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Profile8+ years of construction project management experience.Experience managing corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, commercial renovations, or life sciences projects.Proven success delivering projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, procurement, and project controls.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working within fast-paced urban construction environments preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Self-starter with an ownership mentality and strong problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
