A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee operations across site development, utility, and infrastructure projects in Warrenton, VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support staffing, resource planning, and operational performance
• Work closely with executive leadership on company growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Construction Leadership
• Strong background in site development, utilities, earthwork, or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and field operations
• Proven leadership and communication skills
