Responsibilities
- Manage multiple heavy civil projects from award through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
- Cook with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
- Proven success managing infrastructure projects valued at several million dollars or more.
- Experience with roadway, bridge, underground utility, earthwork, site development, or transportation projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, scheduling, and cost control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
