Description
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3-4 projects at varying stages
Lead projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality goals
Develop and manage project estimates and pre-construction activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Conduct regular job site visits, maintaining project oversight and client relationships
Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution
Ensure projects meet quality standards while maintaining strong financial performance
Facilitate project meetings and provide proactive communication to clients and leadership
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic project initiatives and business growth
Profile
Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Towson, MD should have :
