About the role
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will provide consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is part of the Project Management function and involves managing projects from initiation through completion. The position is hybrid (a couple of days a week onsite) for a healthcare construction project in Oxford, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management for multiple healthcare construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Facilitate the development of a project charter and integrated timeline.
- Ensure all functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
- Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in your job discipline and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of other disciplines within the organization.
- Coach others to develop expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt different points of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of functional goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant construction experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
