Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, or one large project across a variety of markets
• Lead the project from initiation to close
• Hire subcontractors, work with vendors and track inventory of equipment and materials
• Ensure knowledge of regulations, permits and project management methodology
• Work collaboratively with others, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with design-build construction
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player

Pay

$110,000 - $160,000 per year
