We need to produce HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Content:
- Intro: "Stevens Construction excels in healthcare and commercial construction, delivering top-tier product quality and service within Florida's dynamic construction industry. Headquartered in Fort Myers, FL, and with operational presence in Orlando, we lead our clients through every phase of development and construction. Our Mission is to identify, hire, and retain the very best people who work together to execute our five-year strategic plan while maintaining our reputation, values, and beliefs As a steadily expanding organization, we actively contribute to the communities we serve. Apply today to learn about the benefits of becoming a Stevens Construction Team Member!"
This is about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instructions: use

This is about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections with real content.
We have:
- Position Overview: description of role: "We are looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager with experience leading large-scale projects valued at $50M or more. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and superintendents to plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality product delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a passion for building, a proven track record managing complex projects, and thrives in a leadership role. If you enjoy leading teams and driving successful outcomes on major construction projects, we want to hear from you."
That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role
with
About the role
with. - Key Responsibilities: list of bullet points (though they are sentences separated by periods). We need to put them in
- . The content includes many responsibilities: Pre-Award Management, Planning And Coordination, Pre-Construction And Meeting Coordination, Scheduling And Quality Control, Construction Oversight. We'll extract each bullet as list items.
- Skills And Experience: list of qualifications/skills: "Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or several years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in project management tools and software for budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and permit procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with clients, project teams, and subcontractors. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges during construction projects. Competence in managing project budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks. Commitment to safety and knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices."
We can treat these as either Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instructions list possible headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. Could combine into Skills section. But we have also "Physical Requirements" later. That is separate. We could have sections: Requirements (education/experience), Skills (technical/soft skills), Qualifications maybe overlapping. But we must not create thin sections. Better to have maybe "Requirements" for education/experience, "Skills" for abilities, and maybe "Qualifications" not needed. However we have "Physical Requirements" which is a separate section; we could treat that as "Requirements" but it's physical. Could create a section "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed list; but we could still include as
Physical Requirements
? The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It implies we should use those headings where appropriate, but we could also add others if needed? Safer to stick to those headings. Physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe under a separate "Requirements" heading but we need to differentiate. Could include physical requirements as part of Requirements (since they are requirements). We'll include them under Requirements. Benefits: list given. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should not include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education/experience, skills, physical requirements), Benefits. But we also have Skills And Experience separate; we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills. Since we have a Skills heading allowed, we could put the skill list under Skills. And Requirements could be education/experience + physical requirements. That seems reasonable. Thus:
