Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Road Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead and oversee road construction projects from initial bid to final completion. This role is responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, leading project teams, and ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or construction estimating
• Experience working on road construction projects in Western Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Iowa
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
