Senior Project Manager / Estimator

About the role

We're partnering with a well-established infrastructure and construction organization that is adding Project Managers in both the Memphis and North Mississippi markets. This is not a role where someone hands you a project after it's already won. You'll be involved from the beginning—estimating opportunities, building relationships, managing execution, and driving projects through final closeout.

Responsibilities

• Earn and manage construction projects from bid to closeout
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, municipalities, contractors, and field teams
• Track budgets, schedules, costs, and profitability
• Coordinate internal operations, field personnel, and subcontractors
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities
• Drive business growth through successful project execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, estimating, or related fields
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project execution
• Exposure to estimating, bidding, preconstruction, or cost analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and field personnel
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related experience preferred
