Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale, complex enterprise technology projects using industry-standard project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including project plans/schedules, budgets, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technical, vendor, infrastructure, security, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners/system integrators, including scope, deliverables, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering, planning activities, stakeholder engagement, and project governance throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate testing, deployment, organizational change management (OCM), training, and production cutover/implementation activities.
- Provide clear, timely communication and escalation to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery success.
Requirements
- Experience implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
- Knowledge of document management, workflow automation, and records management.
- Familiarity with platforms such as OpenText, Hyland OnBase, SharePoint, Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or similar ECM solutions.
- 8+ years managing large, complex enterprise technology projects using standard PM methodologies and governance practices.
- 8+ years managing schedules, budgets, risks/issues, dependencies, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams with business and technical stakeholders (including executives).
- 5+ years managing third-party vendors/implementation partners, including deliverables and performance.
- 5+ years facilitating requirements, planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance across the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years demonstrating strong communication with executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- 3+ years coordinating testing, deployment, OCM, training, and production implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience).
