Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex enterprise initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and organizational objectives.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including:
- Project charter development
- Scope definition
- Resource planning
- Budget management
- Scheduling
- Risk, Action, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) management
- Change management
- Executive reporting
- Project closeout and lessons learned
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans while ensuring milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines remain on track.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, executive steering committees, and phase-gate reviews.
- Build strong partnerships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates, risks, mitigation strategies, and executive-level communications.
- Drive project prioritization and portfolio planning to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Support business case development and investment evaluation for new initiatives.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and enhance project management standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level project managers.
- Promote organizational change management and successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Support business continuity and emergency response efforts when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise project management experience leading complex Information Technology, Engineering, or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
- Strong experience with executive stakeholder management and organizational change.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and governance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise project management tools.
- PMP Certification (PMI) required.
- Experience leading projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, business analysis, and enterprise application implementations

Pay
$115,000 - $135,000 per year
