Senior Project Manager - Digital / IT
The Senior Project Manager - Digital / IT is responsible for the success of large strategic projects. They plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional IT projects across the organization in alignment with enterprise delivery standards and governance processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource needs while ensuring projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate through governance channels.
- Provide clear and timely project status reporting, including milestones, risks, and delivery health.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.).
- Minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated mastery of process change, product development, manufacturing or software development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to facilitation and presentation skills.
Prior Experience
- Experience applying project management methodologies, including traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches.
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across all project team members.
Qualifications

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $85,000.00 to $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
