Senior Digital Project Manager

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.

About the role

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for program operations internally and externally
• Ensure operational efficiency for programs and any direct reports
• Lead internal and client meetings; document action items
• Manage the execution of digital initiatives alongside channel team leadership
• Identify and communicate program risks and changes
• Maintain detailed program documentation, including timelines
• Implement project management best practices and templates

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire
• Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar task management software
• Strong ability to mentor junior project managers

Pay

$105,000 – $115,000 annually
