We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about Link Logistics Real Estate (company description). This could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role. The posting includes a paragraph describing the role: "The Senior Project Manager, Development is responsible for supporting and managing the execution of industrial real estate development projects in the market. This role oversees projects from land entitlement through vertical construction and lease-up, ensuring alignment with Link Logistics’ design, financial, and operational standards. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets. This position requires a strong technical background in site and vertical construction, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in advancing Link’s development pipeline and supporting strategic growth in the region." That is role description. So we can put under

About the role

with

containing that paragraph(s). Possibly also include the company description? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The company description may be considered part of "About the role"? Usually "About the role" includes description of role and maybe company. We'll include the role description paragraph(s). The company description at start could be considered "About the company" but we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role or drop? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep company description too. Where to put? Could be part of About the role as a preamble. Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed; we should not create other headings. So we must fit company description into one of those sections. Probably "About the role" can include both company and role description. That seems acceptable. Next, we have RESPONSIBILITIES section with a long list. We'll create

Responsibilities

and
  • for each bullet. Then QUALIFICATIONS section: includes Bachelor's Degree..., etc. Also includes "Preferred Competencies:" list. We need to decide headings: Could be "Qualifications" for required qualifications, and "Skills" for preferred competencies? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have Qualifications and Skills separate. We'll put required qualifications under

    Qualifications

    . Preferred competencies under

    Skills

. Also there is "Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within markets." That could be under Qualifications or maybe Requirements? We'll put under Qualifications. Also there is "Located in or willing to relocate to Central Jersey." That's a qualification. Also "Computer proficiency: MS Project or Smartsheet, Google Earth, Bluebeam Revu." Also "Proficiency in reading site plans, engineering drawings, entitlement documents, and construction plans." Also "Strong technical understanding of industrial site development, land use planning, zoning, permitting, and/or entitlement processes." Also "Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical degree)+5 years of experience in Site Civil Engineering/Development/Construction with a focus on due diligence, site design/construction, and entitlements" Thus we will list these as
    • items. Then Skills: list of preferred competencies: Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A professional license (Engineer, Architect, etc.) is desirable but not required. Strong financial acumen with experience in development budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. We'll put each as
    • . Then Pay: The posting includes "$120,000 - $140,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience." That's specific pay range. So we should include a Pay section with that info. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we will create

      Pay

      with

containing that sentence. Benefits: The posting includes "Link provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off. The direct compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms and conditions of any governing plans, policies, practices, agreements, or other materials or documents as in effect from time to time, including but not limited to terms and conditions regarding eligibility." That's benefits info. So we create

      Benefits

      with

containing that. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT create a Schedule section. Requirements: Not explicitly separate; we have Qualifications and Skills. Could we create a Requirements section? The posting does not have a separate "Requirements" heading; but we could treat Qualifications as requirements. However we already have Qualifications. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we can omit Requirements if we don't have distinct content. We'll keep Qualifications and Skills. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
