Senior Project Manager - Project Development

Location: Philadelphia, PA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an Energy & Utilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and strategies while managing resources and budgets
• Ensure project objectives align with client satisfaction and development goals
• Foster and grow strong client relationships to enhance project success
• Implement solutions to improve client performance and achieve their goals
• Work collaboratively, both independently and in teams, on capital projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project engineering, design, or Project Management experience in relevant fields
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical and Life Sciences is essential
• Full project life cycle experience from concept to startup is preferred
• Strong engineering, analytical, organizational, and communication skills required
• Proven flexibility, initiative, and accountability in project management necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management required; Master's preferred
• Relevant certifications (PE, RA, NCARB, PMP) valued based on role

Pay

$200,000 – $225,000 annually
