Senior Project Manager
dna, part of Weber Shandwick, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Project Management team and support one of our largest and fastest-growing accounts. This role involves close collaboration with client experience (account), creative, finance, and strategy teams to manage account and project-level deliverables and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, account management, and other internal teams to drive best-in-class solutions for medium to large programs and accounts.
- Manage project deliverables across multiple medium to large-scale campaigns, coordinating functions including creative, strategy, insights, paid media, and analytics.
- Professionally manage medium to large-scale engagements, balancing quality, cost, and schedule while exceeding client expectations.
- Set clear expectations at the beginning of projects and proactively find solutions to issues without compromising quality, team morale, or budget.
- Act as the conductor of a project/team, serving as a proactive, solution-oriented, and strategic advisor.
- Prioritize work for the team and adapt to new information as needed.
- Manage account budgets, scopes, and timelines while providing frequent updates to key stakeholders.
- Partner with account leadership and finance to facilitate accurate and realistic staffing and budget forecasts; actively manage forecast mitigation.
- Support team onboarding processes, including educating team members on roles, responsibilities, processes, and templates.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Client Finance team, managing monthly billing, budget reconciliations, and scoping.
- Demonstrate a strong, professional work ethic and financial acumen.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Current or previous experience supporting healthcare/pharma clients.
- Strong financial management skills, including scoping, burn report tracking, and resource allocation across project tasks; prior experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience with various types of programs and deliverables, such as strategic planning, creative ideation, video, social and editorial content, digital, and partner management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple disciplines and levels, instilling confidence and trust.
- Comfort with account finances, including developing staffing models, writing SOWs, and tracking burn rates.
- Experience working closely with the implementation of an integrated media mix of paid, owned, and earned programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple levels.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

Pay
NYC salary range: $100,000 – $115,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors including actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the company, as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
