Senior Project Manager

Educational and experiential qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Open Educational Resources (OER).
• Experience in responding to comments and approvals for OER submissions.
• Hands-on experience submitting New York State OER (NY-OER) independently.
• Experience in writing and reviewing Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Request for Information (RFIs), Record of Information Requirements (RIRs), and Remediation Action Work Plans (RAWPs), as well as closure reports.
• Experience in overseeing and implementing remedial design and action plans.
• Experience in assisting clients through the OER process for Environmental Designation (E-Designation), New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), and the Brownfield Cleanup Program (VCP & BCP).
• Experience in conducting field activities such as sampling groundwater, soil, and gases; performing soil borings, installing wells; and developing health and safety plans, along with daily reporting.
• Experience in managing and supporting Project Managers, including those beneath you.
