Senior Project Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex infrastructure and mega-development projects in the Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Provide end-to-end management, direction, and leadership for mega-infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and client specifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the principal liaison with clients, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal joint-venture partners to foster collaborative relationships.
• Scope & Schedule Control: Oversee the development of detailed project execution plans, master schedules, and financial budgets; proactively manage risks and variations.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce stringent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality Assurance standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Team Management: Mentor, guide, and manage a diverse team of project controls, engineers.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering (or related field)
• 12 years or more of work experience managing software delivery practices
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$85.05 - $159.81 per hour
