Senior Project Manager

Operations

This position is hybrid.

• Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Oversee project execution, including resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a technical or operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Technical knowledge in relevant fields (e.g., IT, engineering).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
