We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who can positively contribute to our vision of enhancing city neighbourhoods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, direct, document, and complete commercial construction projects to the satisfaction of the project team and the client.
• Meet and/or exceed budgeted results.
• Meet and improve project deadlines.
• Implement and execute the Project Management Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Site Plan.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Provide proper and efficient project administration.
• Estimate when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• University or College graduate majoring in Engineering or Construction.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and plan reading.
