Primary Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for the preparation, planning, direction, documentation, and completion of commercial construction projects to the satisfaction of the project team and the client. Major Duties Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted resultsMeeting and improving project deadlinesImplementing and executing the Project Management Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Site PlanEnsuring overall client satisfactionProper and efficient project administrationEstimating when required Experience and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and plan reading.
