About us
A well-established and growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Lead project planning, procurement, contract administration, and execution.
- Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Review and negotiate change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.

Pay
$130,000 - $175,000 per year
