Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Cookordination with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • A strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Experience in coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • The ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Strong skills in project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management.
  • In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. They will have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work on every project.
