Senior Project Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end management of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in the West Palm Beach market. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as the primary owner's representative, upholding client interests and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout all project phases. Coordinate with project superintendents, engineers, estimators, and accountants to drive a cohesive team approach on every job. Ensure compliance with healthcare facility construction standards, infection control requirements (ICRA/ILSM), and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities
• Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale hospital, medical office, or acute-care construction projects
• Deep knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with the ability to represent the owner's interests at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or CCM certification a plus

Pay

$130,000 - $180,000 per year
