Senior Project Manager

Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite execution
• Lead communication with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive productivity and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost codes, and financial tracking to ensure profitability targets are met
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and compliance before work begins on site
• Identify out-of-scope work and secure proper change order authorization to protect revenue
• Monitor project performance, forecast costs, and provide regular financial reporting to leadership
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projects and job sites
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and reporting, including schedules of values and project records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in general contracting or construction project management
• Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction software and financial tracking systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead field and office teams effectively
• Solid understanding of safety standards, contracts, and construction documentation
